But first, let’s get on the same page about what a successful real estate investing business looks like.
And you wouldn’t be completely wrong…
But in reality, my advice is really MONEY advice disguised as real estate advice.
If you don’t believe me, just ask yourself: What initially drew me to real estate investing?
Was it the foreclosed houses and needy tenants?
The paperwork and calls?
Or do you just have a really heartfelt love for Bandit signs?
Let’s be real for a minute: We’re all in this for the money. And that’s a great thing!
I’m not in the real estate investing business because I’m a big lover of houses, either. Rather, I’m here because real estate just happens to be the secret to financial independence.
I Know Your Deepest Desire…
Everyone’s ultimate financial goal is to create a stream of cash that supports you for the rest of your life (otherwise known as retirement).
The problem is, most people go about this by building a pile of cash for 40-50 years that will eventually turn into a stream of cash for them.
And it’s not fun, is it? Most of you have probably already tried this route. It’s stressful, boring, and you start only enjoying 2/7ths of your life. Many people feel like it’s no “life” at all, but they don’t know what to do about it.
